Carrie Underwood is pregnant, tells fans she is over the moon

While announcing news of her upcoming tour Wednesday morning, Carrie Underwood told fans that she is expecting another child.

In a video Underwood posted to Instagram, Underwood announced that she and husband Mike Fisher are pregnant.

"Mike and Isaiah and I are absolutely over the moon and excited to be adding another little fish to our pond," Underwood said.

She told fans that her tour for her upcoming album "Cry Pretty," which will be released Sept. 14, will begin in May 2019.

"You might be wondering or asking, 'Carrie, why is your tour starting in May?' " Underwood said in the video. The camera zooms out and shows Underwood sitting under a balloon spelling out "baby."
